If you do not agree with the use of your personal information as set out in this privacy policy, or the Terms and Conditions, please do not use the ASG Platform.

If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will notify you by means of a prominent notice prior to the change becoming effective.  You have a right under EU data protection laws to access your personal information. On request, we will provide you with a copy of this information. You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive. Alternatively, we may refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.
